The device (1) has a wheel (D4) comprising a central circular opening and sandwiched between two sets of disk and rectangle. One set of disk and rectangle defines two tongues (5, 6) each including a free end and feet (7, 8) around which tongues are folded. Each foot is aligned with a base of an isosceles triangle having an apex opposite to the base. The tongues are threaded in the circular opening and folded back on the wheel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process of manufacturing a circular device that provides information according to another information (b) a process of manufacturing a regular polygonal device that provides information according to another information.
