FIELD: gene engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce DNA into animal genetic material. Moreover, DNA codes a complement's homologous restriction factor of discordant type and a sequence providing expression of coding DNA in the cells of transgenic animal. Cells isolated in such transgenic animal could be transplanted to animal of the mentioned discordance type without acute detachment.
