PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large space for providing getting-on/off steps to a driver's seat in a wheel loader. SOLUTION: This wheel loader is constituted to form left and right space parts LS, LR partitioned by support frames 6b, 6c formed at a rear frame, and the front faces of left and right fender parts 6d, 6e, to dispose a fuel tank 22 behind a driver's seat part 7, to dispose an operating oil tank 19 in the right space part RS and to dispose first and second getting-on/off steps 23, 24 in the right space part LS.
