PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new agent for suppressing myocardial apoptosis, a Bcl-2 (B cell lymphomal leukemia-2) destruction inhibiting agent and a PTP (permeability transition pore) opening inhibitor, and an agent for the prevention/treatment of myocardial damage based on the apoptosis suppressing action.
