PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an attractant of an organism, having attracting effects lasting for a long time. SOLUTION: This attractant comprises (A) a crosslinked body of the following polymer (1) and (B) an organism-attracting component: the polymer (1) contains a constituent unit (a) having a carboxy group and/or a sulfonic acid group as an essential constituent unit. The proportion of the constituent unit is 20-100 wt.% based on the amount of the polymer (1), and 30-100 mol% of the proton of the acid group is substituted with one or more kinds of onium cations selected from the group consisting of (I) a quaternary ammonium cation, (II) a tertiary sulfonium cation, (III) a quaternary phosphonium cation, (IV) a tertiary oxonium cation and (V) an alkylpyridinium cation.
