PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caterpillar pallet and a block stationing method using it, easily moving a block to a predetermined position by placing the block in the caterpillar pallet and also simply stationing the block without any damage in stationing a formed block used for impervious construction for industrial waste and radioactive waste in a predetermined position. SOLUTION: This caterpillar pallet 1 is composed of a pair of frames 2, 2 disposed on both sides; a pair of shaft wheels 3, 3 disposed between the front and rear ends of the frames; a transport belt 6 stretched between the shaft wheels to place the block 12 thereon; a driving device 7 of the shaft wheel; and a slinging work hook 9 provided on both end parts of the frames.
