PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a square bar shaped spindle into a square cylindrical bearing, and easily attach a reel to a winding machine. SOLUTION: In a reel device 2, the reel 1 is attached to the winding machine 9 through a square bar shaped spindle 8. The reel 1 includes collar plates 4 provided on both ends of a winding body 3, square hole shaped bearings provided at outer surface centers of the collar plates 4, and core cylinder 6 provided between both collar plates 4 in the winding body 3 and communicating to both bearings. The winding machine 9 includes a frame 11, a pair of pulleys 12 disposed on the outside of both collar plates 4, bearing holes provided on the pulleys 12, and bosses provided around the bearing holes on inner surfaces of the pulleys 12. Both collar plates 4 are provided with guide sleeves 10 surrounding the bearings, projecting outward from the bearing, and with which the bosses can be inscribed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
