PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress rapid switching swinging when a swinging link of a link mechanism goes over an swinging neutral position, while restraining a door body in an opened position from being easily swung to the side of a closed position by self-weight, an external force, etc. SOLUTION: A first mounting member 4, which is mounted on an inner wall part of a storage chamber S, and a second mounting member 5, which is mounted on the backside of the door body 1, are connected together via the link mechanism B; an urging mechanism C, which selectively urges the door body 1 to the closed and opened positions by an elastic force along with the swing of the swinging link 7, so as to hold the door body 1, and an urging-force adjusting operation means D, which adjusts an elastic urging force brought about by the urging mechanism C, are provided between the swinging link 7 and the member 4, which constitute the link mechanism B; and a resistance imparting means E, which can impart resistance to an swinging link 6 by sliding with respect to the member 4 and which can adjust the sliding resistance to be imparted, is provided.
