<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely engage each pawl member with an engaging part without unnecessarily increasing the length of the section of the pawl member, which section engages with the engaging part. <P>SOLUTION: The first pawl member 41 and the second pawl member 42 are supported by a front cover for opening or closing the opening of a main body case, such that the members 41 and 42 are rotatable around a common rotary axis. The first pawl member 41 and the second pawl member 42 are capable of engaging with the engaging parts of the main body case. These two pawl members 41 and 42 are connected together by a connecting member 60 so as to rotate in conjunction with each other. In the case, the connecting member 60 connects the two pawl members 41 and 42 while being inserted in communication holes made in the pawl members 41 and 42. The connecting member 60 is provided with play so that the relative rotating positions of the pawl members 41 and 42 are variable within a fixed range by clearances between the connecting member 60 and the communication holes.
