<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational ozone washing method for the container, piping, or the like, of a food manufacturing apparatus, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This washing method for the container, piping, or the like, comprises a washing process for washing containers (1, L2 and L3) being objects to be washed, a first ozone washing process continuing the washing process and dissolving an ozone gas in water films bonded to the wall surfaces of the containers in the washing process by injecting the ozone gas in the containers to form ozone water films to wash the containers with the ozone water films, a second ozone washing process for supplying atomized water in the ozone gas to dissolve the ozone gas in the atomized water and dissolving the formed atomized ozone water in the ozone water films to wash the containers, and a third ozone washing process for supplying a mixed fluid of the atomized ozone water, which is formed by supplying atomized water into the ozone gas, and the ozone gas into the containers and supplying ozone to the ozone water films by the mixed fluid to wash the containers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
