<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output waveform shaping circuit for eliminating a noise component such as an overshoot or an undershoot included in an output signal of a crystal oscillator and adapting the output signal voltage of the crystal oscillator to the standards of the input voltage of a circuit connected to the post-stage. <P>SOLUTION: A first resistor 201 connecting an input terminal 204 and an output terminal 205 and a capacitor 203 connected between the output terminal 205 and the ground form an integration circuit to eliminate noise components. A second resistor 202 connected among the first resistor 201, the output terminal 205, and the ground divides the output signal voltage of the crystal oscillator 100, and the obtained output signal with a proper voltage is output to the post-stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
