<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature and heating time of a heater in order to properly bond a laminating workpiece and a workpiece to be laminated. <P>SOLUTION: In this multilayered laminate manufacturing apparatus 1 for manufacturing a laminate having a multilayered structure by successively laminating the laminating workpiece 23 to the workpiece 25 to be laminated, the laminating workpiece 23 and the workpiece 25 to be laminated are first stacked at a predetermined position. Subsequently, the adhesive layer 23a formed between the laminating workpiece 23 and the workpiece 25 to be laminated is heated by a heater 27 to bond the laminating workpiece 23 and the workpiece 25 to be laminated. Then, the adhesive layer to be heated is heated and bonded under the proper temperature and heating time condition of the heater 27 set in relation to the number of the workpiece 25 to be laminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
