<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation training simulator for a waste melting treatment installation, capable of recognizing the behavior of the whole waste melting treatment installation. <P>SOLUTION: The operation training simulator comprises a model computation device 12 having a waste melting computation model 22, a combustion computation model 23, an exhaust heat recovery computation model 24, and an exhaust gas cooling computation model 25, a process control computation device 20 and a sequence control computation device 21 connected to the model computation device 12 via a converter 19 for controlling the process of the whole model computation device 12 and for controlling the sequence of the whole model computation device 12, respectively, a central operator 17 for displaying a process state for each computation model 11 connected to the process control computation device 20 and setting the on-off operation thereof and the operation amount thereof, and a site simulation operator 18 for displaying a state for each computation model 11 connected to the sequence control computation device 21 via the converter 19 and setting the on-off operation thereof and the operation amount thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
