<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously manufacturing a polyester film having a printed layer obtained by using urethane type printing ink from a non-treated polyester film by forming a quickly curable primer layer capable of forming a printed layer on the non-treated polyester film. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film having the printed layer is continuously manufactured by combining a process of applying a coating liquid for primer layer on the non-treated polyester film and curing the coating liquid and a process of performing inline formation of the printed layer on the primer layer by using urethane base two-pack reactive printing ink, wherein the coating liquid for primer layer consists of a polyester-urethane resin mixture which contains polyester-urethane resin (A) having glass transition temperature of≤0°C and polyester-urethane resin (B) having glass transition temperature of≥65°C in the proportion of A/B=5/95 to 95/5 pts.mass, polyisocyanate as a curing agent of 1 to 20 pts.mass per the resin mixture 100 pts.mass and organic tin compound as a curing catalyst of 0.1 to 5.0 pts.mass per the resin mixture 100 pts.mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
