PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general front door slave device with camera fixed to a door sleeve panel. SOLUTION: This front door slave device 1 with camera is provided with a call button 11, connected to a living room master device 2 for calling the living room master device 2, a camera cover 15 of a camera 12 for imaging a visitor who comes to the front door, and for transmitting a video signal to the living room master device 2, a speaker lattice 10a of a speaker 13 which communicates with the living room master device 2 and a microphone hole 10b of a microphone 14. When the front door slave device 1 with a camera is fixed to a door sleeve panel 3, the camera cover 15, the speaker lattice 10a, the microphone hole 10b and the call button 11 of the front door slave device 1 with camera are integrally formed with a projection part 16, and are made to protrude from a single hole 3a perforated through the door sleeve panel 3, and a stud screw 31 implanted in the door sleeve panel 3 is mounted and fixed to a mounting hole 10d of a peripheral part 17 of the projecting part 16 with a nut 32.
