PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, wherein electrical connections between cases is achieved, without causing trouble to downsizing of the mobile terminal so as to handle data with high reliability and wherein the electrical connection parts are made unseen, even in an extended state of the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is structured, such that first and second cases 12, 13 are connected in a slidable way to each other to realize the extended state or a contracted state. A terminal 32 is provided to the operation key board 31 of the second case 13. The first case 12 is provided with a flexible wiring board 34 having flexibility. An insertion port 33 is formed to the second case 13, and the other end of the flexible wiring board 34 is inserted to the insertion port 33. The terminal 32 is in contact with a conductor of the conductor face 34a of the flexible wiring board 34 so that the flexible wiring board 34 can slide on the terminal 32, while keeping electrical contact therewith.
