PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small heat exchanger device with good heat exchanging performance without using a different part as a heat conduction promoter, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a heat exchanger device comprises spirally twisting first heat transfer pipes 20a and 20b for passing a first fluid to be mutually closely fitted at a predetermined pitch, and inserting the twisted first heat transfer pipes into a second heat transfer pipe 28 for passing a second fluid to perform heat exchange between the first fluid and the second fluid. According to this, heat transfer can be promoted without using a different part as a heat transfer promoting body or a positioning member.
