PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method and a repairing implement for covering the internal wall surface of a cylindrical structure made of concrete, with ceramic panels. SOLUTION: Panel support members 1<SB>-1</SB>, 1<SB>-2</SB>, 1<SB>-3</SB>, 1<SB>-4</SB>, 1<SB>-5</SB>optionally adjustable in the clearance width to the internal wall surface of the structure 4 when arranged at the internal wall surface and having means for maintaining the adjusted clearance width are used to press the ceramic panels 3<SB>-1</SB>, 3<SB>-2</SB>, 3<SB>-3</SB>, 3<SB>-4</SB>, 3<SB>-5</SB>to the internal wall surface of the structure in the state of interposing an adhesive 7 between the internal wall surface and the ceramic panels, and the pressing state is maintained at least until the adhesive is solidified to exhibit adhesive performance.
