PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and grasp a progress condition of injection working by recording and preserving a time history of an amount of grout injection, injection pressure, a degree of vacuum in a sheath or the like, displaying measured data at a real time and print them on prescribed paper in a construction method for injecting grout into the cable sheath of a post-tension type PC structure. SOLUTION: The device for injecting the grout by operating a force feed pump while reducing pressure in the sheath with a vacuum pump by connecting the device for injecting the grout by the force feed pump to the cable sheath of the post tension type PC structure or the force feed pump at the grout injection side of the cable sheath and connecting a vacuum pump at the discharge side, is provided with a pressure sensor for measuring injection pressure, a flowmeter for measuring an amount of grout injection, a negative pressure sensor for measuring the degree of vacuum in the sheath, an information managing device for recording/preserving each measured data, a display for displaying each measured data at the real time, a printer and the like.
