PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion and weed-proofing effect of a weed-proofing sheet and broaden an execution coverage to a markedly uneven foundation site. SOLUTION: (1) The weed-proofing sheet composed mostly of asphalt to be adhered to cover a ground surface such as an interface crevice between a pavement material and the other, includes a substrate non-woven fabric layer across the full width and a weed-proofing non-woven fabric layer in at least a center portion of the width direction. (2) The weed-proofing sheet composed mostly of asphalt to be adhered to cover a ground surface such as an interface crevice between a pavement material and the other, includes a weed-proofing non-woven fabric layer across the full width.
