PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing technique of a slab without an influence such as restriction on a finish of the ceiling and restriction on an effective height of the ceiling by avoiding the placement of an outside cable downward of the slab in the case the existing slab of a building is reinforced. SOLUTION: A supporting member 10 pulling up the slab is provided to an intermediate section of the slab 100, a deflection device is mounted thereto, the outside cable 20 is wired/tensed upward of the slab 100, and is passed through a structural body 110, and both ends of the outside cable 20 are fixed to an anchorage device 30 fixed to the back of the structural body to reinforce the slab 100.
