PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working frame base for safely and efficiently performing high lift work using a ladder. SOLUTION: This working frame base is provided with a cylindrical surrounding frame 2, a placing base part 3 derrickingly provided at a lower part in the surrounding frame 2, and hook parts 4 provided at the upper part of the surrounding frame 2. The surrounding frame 2 is formed in a rectangular parallelopiped shape by connecting a plurality of rod members, and constituted to fold a front frame part 7 and a rear frame part 8 to come near through rod members 6 by hinge-connecting the rod members 6 for connecting the front frame part 7 and rear frame part 8.
