PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an embroidery pattern standing in a tassel shape, by which processing is simply and rapidly completed and the embroidery pattern having excellent appearance and look is formed. SOLUTION: A spacer sheet 50 to be eluted and removed by dry cleaning is piled on the surface of an embroidery cloth 20, an embroidery processing of an arbitrary embroidery pattern is carried out by using embroidery needle threads 30 and embroidery bobbin threads 40 and the embroidery bobbin threads 40 are welded to the back of the embroidery cloth 20 by thermocompression bonding processing. The spacer sheet 50 is eluted and removed by dry cleaning, the embroidery needle threads 30 standing in a loop shape are developed on the surface of the embroidery cloth 20, a cut space corresponding to thickness of the spacer sheet 50 is secured, then cut processing by a hair clipper is carried out and the embroidery needle threads 30 are stood in a tassel shape to form a desired embroidery pattern 11.
