PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed pad which has a certain heat retaining property, is capable of adequately absorbing and releasing sweat generated from a human body during one's sleep, stands washing, and is preferably used with a moisture absorbing mat. SOLUTION: This bed pad is composed of a middle cotton layer and covering materials. The middle cotton layer is perforated with holes of 1 to 100 mm in diameter with a pitch of 2 to 500 mm in between.
