<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the crystallization of a liquid oil that enables inhibiting the solidification of the liquid oil even in a low temperature range of 0°C or lower. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preventing the crystallization of the liquid oil so as to inhibit the solidification of the liquid oil in a low temperature range comprises adding a sucrose fatty acid ester and a polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate or a polyoxyethylene sorbitan tristearate to the liquid oil. The sucrose fatty acid ester, 90 wt% or more of constituent fatty acids of which is constituted of a 22C monounsaturated fatty acid, has an HLB of 2 or less and has a monoester content of 2 wt% or less and a diester/tri- or higher ester content of 98 wt% or more, is preferably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
