<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic steel sheet in which excellent magnetic properties such as magnetic flux density and iron loss are made compatible together with deformation resistance particularly to fatigue and a creep phenomenon or wear resistance in the case of being used as members whose temperature considerably increases caused by the transmission of magnetic flux and electric current thereto or friction accompanying movement, and with which an ultrahigh speed rotary motor, a motor incorporated with magnets into a rotor and an electromagnetic switch material are made high in efficient, small in size and very long in service life. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic steel sheet has a composition containing, by mass, ≤0.080% C, 0.2 to 3.5% Si, 0.05 to 3.0% Mn, ≤0.30% P, ≤0.040% S, ≤2.50% Al and ≤0.020% N; the C content or the solid solution C content and the crystal structure on the way of the production process are controlled; and, if required, decarburizing is performed on the way of the production process, thus the C content, the solid solution C content, the form of carbide and the crystal structure in the final product are properly controlled to make its magnetic properties and deformation resistance consistent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
