<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the space efficiency of a region where a power module and a motor are arranged, and to easily change the number of phases of the motor. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of relay conductors 112, 113..., 122, 123..., and 132, 133... that connect in-phase motor coils 12u1, 12u2..., 12v1, 12v2..., and 12w1, 12w2... in series are intermittently arranged along the external periphery of the motor 12, thus allowing a wiring constitution in the motor 12 to be simplified, and also allowing the motor and a cooling device of the power module to be commonly used.
