<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of subscribers and sales, by providing convenience for a customer who changes the provider, by providing a service of simultaneously notifying acquaintances and business connections or the like of a telephone number or mail address change. <P>SOLUTION: The address change notification service providing apparatus (a notice mail server 30) fetches information on destinations and a created address change message from a user on the basis of acquired user information through user authentication and automatically transmits the created address change message to the desired destinations.
