<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element having a highly reliable electrode structure which will not cause the characteristics to be lowered, while eliminating peeling of a finger electrode due to the formation of solder layers, and to provide a method of manufacturing the solar cell device. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar cell element, many finger electrodes are provided linearly in the front surface side of a semiconductor substrate containing a semiconductor bonding part, and a rear surface electrode is also provided in the rear surface side.
