<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve assembly and its forming method. <P>SOLUTION: The valve assembly 10 comprises a body 12, a valve 14, an energizing mechanism 34, and a guide part 16. The body 12 has a shaped cavity portion 24, and the valve 14 has an elongated portion 28 and a shaped valve head 26 so that its outer face 30 can engage with a portion of the cavity portion 24. The guide part 16 has a center axis CA and a centrally disposed opening 32 that attatches a portion of the valve 14 and guides the movement of the valve 14 through at least a segment of the valve's axial motion.
