PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable access to shared electronic files only between specific limited users. SOLUTION: An authentication server 303 holds a communication history of direct communication of a communication terminal 301 with other communication terminals. According to the held communication history, electronic files are permitted to be shared only between specific limited communication terminals.
