PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of reducing fluctuations in the capacity ratio of the capacitor of a switched capacitor circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes the switched capacitor circuit, having a group of operational amplifiers 4, a group of switches 2, a timing signal line 1 for driving the group of switches 2, and a group of capacitors 3A on its substrate. All of the capacitors, constituting the group of capacitors 3A and requiring accuracy of ratio, are constituted of a combination of a plurality of unit capacitors, and all of the capacitors requiring the accuracy of ratio are provided on the same island 5A, separate from peripheral regions. In addition, the peripheral structures of each of unit capacitors constituting the group of unit capacitors are made identical, and the respective unit capacitors constituting all of the capacitors requiring the accuracy of ratio are provided in the island 5A symmetrically, at least with respect to a line or a point.
