PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyetherketones polymer usable as a constituting material of a composition represented by an engineering plastic, and a resin composition comprising this aliphatic polyetherketones polymer. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyetherketones polymer is constituted of structural units represented by formula (1) and formula (2) (wherein Ra and Rb are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; Rc is a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group with a terminal ether bond or a single bond; n1 is an integer of≥1; n2 is an integer of≥0; and n1+n2 is 2-1,000).
