PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a granular water-dispersible agent for agriculture and horticulture, whose runoff caused by rain, wind, or the like is prevented, namely which has good rain resistance, has excellent formulation physical properties, and can industrially easily be produced. SOLUTION: This granular water-dispersible agent for agriculture and horticulture is characterized by comprising an agrochemically active ingredient, a sticking agent which has a coating film-forming property and whose 2 % aqueous solution has a viscosity of about 10 to 2,000 mPa s, preferably 500 to 1,000 mPa s, and a surfactant. The granular water-dispersible agent for agriculture and horticulture maintains good formulation physical properties such as suspensiveness and dispersibility on the preparation of a spraying liquid, and can stably and highly retain the effect of the active ingredient as the agrochemical over a long period.
