PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block suspension device capable of easily suspending and safety carrying a block. SOLUTION: This block suspension device comprises a body having an upper surface plate, right and left side surface plates mounted on both the right and left side ends of the upper surface plate, cut to the size of a block on the underside, and having right and left side projections, and rotatable rollers installed between the right and left side surface plates, a movable plate having a rotatable rear surface plate, right and left side fitting plates mounted on the rear surface plate in a U-shape, hooked to a hole formed in the upper surface plate of the body, and rotating the rear surface plate, a bottom surface plate mounted at the bottom of the rear surface plate in an L-shape, a fixing member fitted to the rear surface plate so that its height is the same as that of the holes formed on the rear surface side of the right and left side surface plates of the body, and string hooking members formed on the right and left side fitting plates, and a rope having right and left side strings wrapped around the fixing member of the movable plate and hooked to the rollers of the body, right and left rear surface plate strings joining the right and left side strings to the string hooking members of the movable plate, and hooking strings joining the right and left side strings to the right and left rear surface strings.
