PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket structure for a steering rack housing capable of setting spring characteristics of the steering rack housing to a car body within a larger adjustable range. SOLUTION: The bracket structure for the steering rack housing comprises an inner member 7 formed to be a tubular shape, an outer member 8 arranged away from the inner member 7 outwardly in the radial direction, a tubular first elastic member 9 provided between the inner member 7 and the outer member 8, and tubular second elastic members 10a, 10b provided on both sides of the outer member 8 in the axial direction. The inner member 7 is fixed to the car body (a car body side mounting part 11) while the outer member 8 is fixed to the steering rack housing 1 (mounting parts 5a-5c).
