<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SIM card control apparatus for mobile terminals and a method thereof, which apply anti-plagiarism technology to a mobile terminal incorporating a SIM card having a settlement function. <P>SOLUTION: The SIM card control apparatus for mobile terminals includes; a SIM card 100 having a settlement function; an RF loop antenna 200 which is connected to No.4 and No.8 terminals of the SIM card 100 in a loop structure; a terminal control part 300 which reads data received from a network and information of the SIM card 100 in an initialization process of the terminal and outputs a control signal in accordance with the data and information; and an RF antenna switch 400 which opens or closes the RF antenna 200 by the control signal of the terminal control part 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
