<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement efficient over the entire part by reducing the adverse influence of the threshold level fluctuation of a drive TFT. <P>SOLUTION: In the state of holding a data line at a reference voltage, a switching TFT 20 turns on to turn a reset TFT 30 on and a current control TFT 26 off, thereby setting the threshold level voltage at the gate of the drive TFT 24. Next, the reset TFT 30 is turned off and the current control TFT 26 is turned off to supply video data to the data line, and thereby, the voltage higher by the voltage of the video data than the threshold level voltage is applied to the gate of the drive TFT 24 and the current corresponding thereto is supplied to an organic EL element 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
