<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed injection member and a medical tool where the surface of a stopper is kept in an aseptic condition and hygiene is improved by reliably preventing intrusion of various germs and minute foreign substances. <P>SOLUTION: The mixed injection member (1) is constituted so that a stopper (2) with a slit (5) formed is inserted to a cylinder (4) provided projectingly on an injection member body (3), and the top of the stopper (2) is covered with a cap (8), wherein a sealing member (6) is fixed to the top surface of the cap (8).
