<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of continuously producing metal particulates and a device therefor where the production of the metal particulates of a multicomponent based alloy causing the generation of by-product gas can be performed as continuous treatment, and also, the by-product gas can efficiently be removed so as to attain the stabilization/uniformization of the reaction even if the production is performed as continuous treatment, thus the metal particulates of fixed quality having a reduced particle size and satisfactory monodispersibility can stably be produced. <P>SOLUTION: In the device for continuously producing metal particulates, the reaction between a first solution and a second solution mixed in a first mixing apparatus 12 is progressed in piping 14 from the first mixing apparatus to a second mixing apparatus 18, by-product gas generated in accordance with the progress of the reaction is continuously removed by a continuous gas-liquid separating apparatus 16 provided on the way of the piping, and the flow of the reaction solution fed through the piping is stabilized. The equilibrium of the reaction progresses to the reaction promotion side by the continuous degassing, thus reactivity improves. Further, the by-product gas does not remain during the mixing in the second mixing apparatus, thus uniform mixing is promoted in the second mixing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
