<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission control device for preventing unnecessary shift associated with reduction of engine power at the time of shift. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transmission control device comprises a transmission control means 9 that automatically shift a transmission 3 based on at least engine power, and an engine control means 6 that controls the engine power based on accelerator pedal opening etc. when not shifting and controls the engine power based on control accelerator opening irrelevant to the accelerator pedal opening when shifting.
