<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible picking system capable of flexibly coping with the modification of a line by eliminating cables in a compartment for storing articles such as racks. <P>SOLUTION: This picking system comprises a picking administration part 11 transmitting, by radio, picking instruction information including identification information on a plurality of compartments 1, 2, N, etc and compartments in which picked articles are stored and receiving, by radio, the identification information on the compartment where articles are picked, an indication unit 20 having an indicator 21, an identification information registration part 22, and an indicator communication instrument 23, enabling the identification information on the compartment where articles are installed to be registered to the identification information registration part 22, receiving, by radio, the picking instruction information by the indicator communication instrument 23, and indicating on the indicator 21, if necessary, from the identification information included in the picking instruction information, radio tags 31 storing the identification information on the compartments and transmitting, by radio, the identification information, and a compartment information reader 13 bringing the radio tag 31 in a radio transmittable state by moving it close to either of the radio tags 31 and transmitting, by radio, the picking operation state in the compartment to the picking administration part 11 by receiving, by radio, the identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
