PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner using a capillary tube in a refrigerating cycle capable of determining the liquid compression operation in which refrigerant is returned to a compressor in a liquid state and determining degradation of an evaporator. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner to constitute a refrigerating cycle by circulating refrigerant between a condenser 12 and an evaporator 14 by a compressor 1 comprises a pressure sensor 15 and a temperature sensor 16 installed in the refrigerating cycle, and an air-conditioning control device 6 which receives the signal from the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor to calculate the degree of superheat of each air-conditioner, through the operation, calculates the average degree of superheat of the entire vehicular air-conditioners mounted on the train of the same organization, operates the deviation between the degree of superheat of itself and the average value in individual vehicular air-conditioners, and determines degradation of the evaporator by comparing the deviation with the preset reference value.
