PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable phone with a camera function having a means capable of exactly preventing unauthorized photography. SOLUTION: An unauthorized photography preventive function section that is provided in a portable phone with a camera function monitors whether or not a camera start button is depressed by a user (step S1) and when the camera start button is depressed, the unauthorized photography preventive function section operates to notify a voice guide for notifying those to surroundings that a camera photographing mode is set, through a speaker or the like for call incoming notification with a sound volume so that people around the user can listen to the voice guide (step S2). When the user depresses a photographing button (step S3), a photographing operation is performed and in that case, and a shutter sound is generated (step S4). It is then monitored whether or not photographed image registration processing is selected (step S5) and when the button is depressed to select image registration, the registration processing of a photographed image is performed (step S6).
