PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit employing an ECL to prevent variation in oscillation frequency and oscillation gain, and to simplify design. SOLUTION: The crystal oscillator circuit is provided with: a resonance circuit consisting of a crystal element as an inductor component and a dividing capacitor; an oscillation amplifier comprising an ECL driven by a power supply voltage connected to the resonance circuit; and a pull-down resistor between an output terminal of the ECL and ground, wherein an AC impedance increase circuit is provided which is connected in series to the pull-down resistor.
