PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor device arranged with a rise preventive mechanism preventing a carrier belt and a turn belt from rising, facilitating attachment, and having a simple structure, concerning a belt conveyor device arranged at a steep slope. SOLUTION: The belt conveyor device comprises wheels 11 provided at both ends in a width direction on an upper surface of the carrier belt 2a so as to rotate in a traveling direction of the carrier belt 2a and press the carrier belt 2a downward from the upper side; a return portion 20 provided on an upper surface of the return belt 2b so as to rotate in a traveling direction of the return belt 2b and press the return belt 2b downward from the upper direction; and the rise preventive mechanism 1 having a patch portion 30 guiding an carried article to a center of the carrier belt on a front surface in the traveling direction of the wheels 11 provided on the upper surface of the carrier belt 2a.
