PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant precoat stainless steel plate excellent in long-term corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, rustproof performance of an end surface, and food contamination resistance. SOLUTION: An Al-Si alloy-plated stainless steel plate serves as a base material; a resin coating, formed of a paint wherein scale-like powder is mixed into a methyl silicone resin, is provided on the surface of the base material via a conversion-treated film; and the methyl silicone resin is expressed by the general formula: (CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>a</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a-b)/2</SB>(OH)<SB>b</SB>(a=0.5-1.5 and b=0.5-1.05). The whole of a plated layer includes 5-13 mass% Si, and preferably, an Si concentration of a surface layer of the plated layer is in the range of 7-80 mass%. An aluminum flake, an alumina flake, a stainless steel flake, a glass flake, a mica flake, a talc flake, plate-like kaoline, a barium sulfate flake and the like are used as the scale-like powder to be dispersed in the resin coating.
