PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for testing viscosity characteristics of a resin, wherein a virtual test by flow analysis is substituted for a resin molding test by a molding machine, which can perform a virtual molding test concurrently with a resin material test and which enables a test for evaluating the viscosity characteristics of a molten resin to be inexpensively performed in a short period of time, and a method and a program for testing the viscosity characteristics of the resin. SOLUTION: This system comprises a resin viscosity measuring device 1 for measuring the viscosity characteristics of the molten resin, and a resin flow analyzer 2 which analyzes the flow of the molten resin by using the viscosity characteristics measured by the measuring device 1.
