PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus of installing a pointillage tool for easily performing a slide, attachment-detachment and fixed pointillage on a wooden columnar bar. SOLUTION: The health apparatus is characterized in that the wooden columnar bar is arranged by connecting three bars different in the length and the thickness of one bar, the pointillage tool is arranged on the columnar bar, and a semi-columnar groove for sliding and freely attaching-detaching a hand held handle and a semicircular hole for preventing rotation and a slide, are arranged on the columnar groove; that in a shape of the pointillage tool, a vinyl chloride pipe being a central shaft is arranged, an iron ball is arranged, a vinyl chloride pipe having an iron ball installing hole is arranged, a fiber reinforced plastic pipe for fixing the iron ball under pressure is arranged, plate-like raw rubber, plate-like sponge and plate-like resilient rubber are arranged, these materials are used, the iron ball is placed on the vinyl chloride pipe, the fiber reinforced plastic pipe is installed, and is adhered by winding a plurality by the plate-like raw rubber; that a pointillage part is adhered by winding the plate-like resilient rubber by three-row rolls on the vinyl chloride pipe; that one is adhered by winding thick plate-like sponge as a roll on the vinyl chloride pipe; and that a hand held handle part is the same as making of the pointillage tool, and a different place is that the plate-like resilient rubber and the plate-like sponge being the pointillage part of the pointillage tool, change to intermediate hole sponge.
