<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a positive electrode containing lithium-transition metal complex oxide and lithium-manganese complex oxide as activators, with an improved high temperature preservation property. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has the positive electrode having a current collector containing lithium-transition metal complex oxide containing at least Ni and Mn on one surface, and lithium-manganese complex oxide on the other surface.
